Role Description The Telecaller role at VINI GROUP is a full-time, in office position based in Patna. The Telecaller will make outbound and handle inbound calls to inform potential learners and clients about VINI GROUP’s programs and services, respond to inquiries, and provide clear, accurate information. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining call logs, updating lead and customer information in the system, following up on prospects, and supporting enrollment or sales processes.





The Telecaller will coordinate with the internal team to schedule appointments, share feedback from callers, and help improve communication scripts. The role requires meeting daily calling targets while maintaining professional, courteous communication and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with clear articulation and a professional telephone manner.
- Basic computer proficiency, including using CRM or call management tools, email, and spreadsheets for recording and tracking leads.
- Customer service and relationship-building abilities, including active listening, empathy, and problem-solving during calls.
- Sales and persuasion skills to explain offerings, handle objections, and encourage enrollments or conversions without high-pressure tactics.
- Ability to work on-site in Patna, manage time effectively, and consistently achieve calling and follow-up targets.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales in education or related sectors is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary (12th pass); a diploma or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
