Role: Telecaller
Type: Full-time, in office
Location: Greater Hyderabad Area
Experience: 6 months to 2 years
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for travel inquiries, bookings, changes, and cancellations
- Share travel options with accurate pricing and itinerary details
- Guide customers through payment and booking confirmation
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into bookings
- Maintain call records and update customer details in the CRM
- Coordinate with the operations and sales teams
Requirements
- Clear spoken English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus)
- Good customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult calls calmly
- Basic computer skills, including CRM tools and accurate data entry
- Sales skills and the ability to meet targets ethically
- Good time management and follow-up discipline
- High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in business or tourism is an advantage)
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and peak travel seasons
Experience in telecalling, call centers, or travel is preferred.
