Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Telecaller – Sales & Marketing to handle outbound calls, lead generation, customer follow-ups, and appointment scheduling. The candidate should have good communication skills and relevant experience in telecalling or sales calling.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls using company-provided customer data.
- Explain company services and understand customer requirements.
- Identify and qualify interested prospects.
- Follow up with potential customers regularly.
- Schedule appointments with interested customers.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and appointments.
- Coordinate with the concerned team for scheduled appointments.
- Update customer and lead information accurately.




- Build and maintain professional relationships with potential customers.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Telecalling, Sales Calling, Telesales, or Telemarketing.
- Graduate in any stream.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Confident and professional communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Email, MS Word, and computer operations.
- Experience in lead generation and customer follow-up.
- Knowledge of finance or financial services will be preferred.
- Ability to handle customer queries and follow up with leads effectively.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
