About the Role

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller / Lead Calling Executive / Junior Sales Executive to join our team.

The role primarily involves connecting with potential leads, understanding their requirements, building initial communication, and converting relevant leads into potential clients. This position is suitable for candidates who are interested in building a long-term career in Sales and Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

- Make regular outbound calls to cold and potential leads.
- Understand lead requirements and communicate our services effectively.
- Follow up with leads and work towards converting them into potential clients.
- Maintain and regularly update lead sheets and calling records.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with interested prospects.
- Handle basic client communication and follow-ups.
- Manage grassroots-level sales and lead-generation activities related to the role.
- Maintain proper records of daily calling and follow-up activities.
- Consistently work towards assigned calling and lead-conversion targets.

Who We’re Looking For





- Candidates with 6 months–1 year of experience in sales, telecalling, lead generation, or a similar role will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills, confidence, and a genuine interest in building a career in Sales are also welcome to apply.

- Fluent communication in Hindi and English.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Good understanding of customer behaviour and basic human psychology.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and communicate convincingly.

- Ability to handle regular calling and follow-up activities consistently.
