Neyy Vedyam Restaurant is looking for a friendly and confident Telecaller to handle customer calls, take food orders, promote offers, and maintain excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally
- Follow up with customers for feedback and repeat orders
- Maintain daily call records and customer details
- Support promotional calling during offers and events

Requirements & Skills:

- Positive communication skills (Malayalam and English)
- customer-friendly attitude
- Basic knowledge of restaurant menu and services
- Ability to handle calls patiently and confidently
- Basic computer knowledge

Freshers can apply (experience is a plus)

Education

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
- Tele Calling: 1 year (Preferred)
