Job Summary:
The Telecaller is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls for the hospital, assisting patients with appointments, providing information about services, and ensuring a smooth patient communication experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments
- Provide accurate information about hospital services, doctors, departments, and timings
- Follow up with patients for appointments, feedback, and reports
- Maintain and update patient records in the system
- Address patient queries, complaints, and escalate when necessary
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and front desk staff
- Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and service quality
