Position: Personal Loan Telecaller / Telesales Executive

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers for Personal Loan products.
- Explain personal loan features, eligibility, interest rates, documentation and perks to customers.
- Generate leads and convert potential customers into personal loan applications.
- Follow up with customers regarding loan applications and documentation.
- Maintain regular follow-up with interested and existing leads.
- Achieve monthly calling, lead generation and loan disbursement targets.
- Coordinate with the sales/credit team for smooth processing of loan applications.
- Update customer and lead information accurately in the CRM/system.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information about personal loan products.





Candidate Requirements
- Candidates with experience in Personal Loan Telecalling / Personal Loan Sales will be preferred.
- Experience in Banking, NBFC, BFSI, Fintech or Financial Services is an advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets.
- Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Hindi communication is preferred; knowledge of English or regional languages will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also be considered.
