We are looking for a Telecaller / Customer Calling Executive to join our team.

The primary responsibility of this role is to communicate with customers over the phone. You will be provided with customer data and will be expected to make outbound cold calls, understand customer requirements, provide basic information and coordinate further.

The role also involves handling inbound calls received from customers and ensuring that their queries are addressed or directed to the appropriate team member.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls using the customer data provided by the company
- Attend and handle incoming customer calls
- Understand the customer's requirement and provide relevant basic information
- Follow up with customers through calls
- Generate and identify potential loan enquiries
- Maintain proper records of calls and customer responses
- Coordinate qualified enquiries with the concerned sales/relationship team
- Follow up with customers until the enquiry is appropriately handled
- Maintain professional communication with customers

Our work includes assisting customers with financial products such as:

- Home Loans
- Loan Against Property (LAP)
- Business Loans
- Personal Loans
- Self-Employed Professional Loans
- Working Capital Loans
- Other loan and financial solutions

You do not need to be an expert in all these products from day one. Training and product knowledge will be provided by the company. Who We Are Looking For

- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory
- Kannada communication is required
- Additional languages are preferred
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Confident in handling both inbound and outbound calls
- Good listening and customer-handling skills
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, banking, finance or customer service is preferred
- Freshers with solid communication skills can also apply

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
