About the Role

Just and True Immigration Law & Services is looking for an energetic, confident and sharp-minded Telecaller / Client Relationship Executive to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, comfortable speaking with clients, target oriented and serious about building a career. Previous immigration experience is not mandatory, freshers with the right attitude and communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide initial information about our services.
- Explain immigration, study visa and related services in a clear and professional manner.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule counselling appointments with the Visa Counselling Team.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups and client interactions in the CRM.
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects and convert qualified leads into appointments/enrolments.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly targets.
- Coordinate with the counselling and filing teams for smooth client handling.
- Maintain professional communication and a positive client experience.

Qualifications

Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate

Preferred: Graduate in any discipline

Experience:

Freshers are welcome. Candidates with experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, education counselling, immigration or client handling will have an added advantage.
