You will be responsible for conducting research, implementing lead generation strategies, and maintaining a consistent flow of qualified leads for the real estate team. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation Strategy:
Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to identify potential clients and generate quality leads for the real estate department.
Cold Calling and Outreach: Initiate contact with leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to qualify their interest and gather relevant information.
Qualification and Evaluation: Assess and qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring they meet the organization's requirements and have genuine potential for business opportunities.
Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and relevant information in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system or any designated lead tracking tool.
Lead Nurturing: Implement lead nurturing strategies to maintain contact with qualified leads, build relationships, and keep them engaged until they are ready to move forward with real estate transactions.
