Role Description The Telecaller role is a full-time, on-site position based in Faridabad. The Telecaller will engage with prospective learners and families over phone calls, explain AdmitVerse’s services, and respond to queries about admissions and study-abroad options. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, maintaining call logs and learner records, and scheduling appointments or follow-up consultations with admissions experts.

The Telecaller will ensure transparent communication, build trust,



and provide accurate information, while meeting call targets and contributing to a positive experience for all learners.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to explain information clearly over the phone.
- Customer service and relationship-building abilities to engage prospective learners and handle queries professionally.
- Basic computer literacy, including use of CRM tools or spreadsheets to document calls and manage learner data.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle high call volumes and follow up consistently.
- Comfort with working towards call and conversion targets, with a results-oriented approach.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; additional languages are an advantage.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or education counseling is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any field is an added benefit.
