Position: Tele Sales Executive – Software Solutions

Location: Trichy, Tamil Nadu

Employment Type: Full time

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming software enquiries and customer calls
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp
- Explain software products and IT services clearly
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions
- Schedule software demos and appointments
- Follow up on quotations and pending leads
- Maintain proper lead and follow-up records
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
- Build good relationships with potential customers

Requirements:

- Good communication skills in Tamil and English




- Experience in telecalling, telesales, or software sales preferred
- Basic understanding of software / IT services is an advantage
- Good follow-up and convincing skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Basic computer knowledge
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
