Position: Telecaller
Location: Gurugram, Sector 47
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students
- Explain courses and educational programs
- Understand student requirements and provide relevant information
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication
- Handle queries and support the admission process
- Maintain accurate call and lead records
Requirements:
- Valuable communication skills
- Confident and positive attitude
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Prior telesales/EdTech experience will be an advantage
