Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers and generate sales.
- Handle inbound customer queries and convert leads into customers.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Explain services, offers, and packages clearly to customers.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM.
- Follow up regularly with interested and potential customers.
- Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the operations and customer success teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Collect customer feedback and share relevant insights with the team.
- Support the team in improving sales processes and customer conversion.
