About the Role:

We’re looking for an energetic, creative, and people-friendly Marketing Executive who understands that great marketing is a mix of ideas, communication, creativity, technology, and execution.

The ideal candidate should have a clear understanding of marketing fundamentals, along with a solid interest in graphic designing, video editing, social media content, and AI-powered content creation.

You should be someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, representing a brand confidently, and turning conversations and ideas into engaging content.

If you’re the kind of person who can move comfortably between planning a marketing activity, creating a social media design, generating an AI-powered UGC concept, editing a short video, and having an engaging conversation with a customer or brand partner, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:-

Plan and execute marketing activities to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer interaction.

- Understand the brand, its products, audience, and communication style, and ensure that all marketing activities reflect the brand consistently.
- Create engaging social media creatives, posters, promotional materials, reels, UGC-style content, and short-form videos.
- Explore and use AI tools to create UGC-style videos, marketing content, creative concepts, scripts, visuals, and social media assets.
- Experiment with emerging AI content-generation tools to develop fresh and engaging content for the brand.
- Assist in developing creative ideas and content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Edit and enhance videos for reels, testimonials, product promotions, campaigns, and other marketing requirements.
- Coordinate with customers, influencers, partners, employees,



and other stakeholders to collect customer testimonials and brand stories.
- Confidently interact with different people and encourage them to share their experiences with the brand.
- Conduct conversations/interviews for testimonials and represent the brand in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, operations, design, and management to execute marketing campaigns smoothly.
- Research current social media trends, UGC formats, AI content trends, marketing ideas, and competitor activities and identify opportunities for the brand.
- Continuously learn and improve skills in marketing, designing, video editing, AI tools, social media, and content creation.

The Ideal Candidate:

We’re looking for someone who is not limited to a traditional “marketing desk” role.

You should be someone who can say: “I can understand the marketing objective, come up with a creative idea, use AI to develop a UGC concept, design the content, edit the reel, talk to the customer, collect the testimonial, and help get the campaign out there.”

You don’t need to be an expert at everything from day one. A strong learning mindset, creativity, confidence, curiosity about AI, and willingness to get things done are what matter most.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
