Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telemarketing Executive to contact prospective customers, introduce our products/services, generate leads, and support sales growth through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

- Introduce and explain company products/services clearly.

- Generate leads and identify potential customers.

- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.

- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.

- Schedule appointments or product demonstrations for the sales team.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.

- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.

- Coordinate with the sales team to convert qualified leads into customers.
