Darshan Solar Enterprise is a Siliguri-based solar energy solutions company providing end-to-end solar EPC services and solar products for residential, commercial, and industrial customers.

Founded in 2021, the company offers on-grid, off-grid and hybrid solar solutions, including solar panels, inverters, installation, maintenance, net-metering assistance and support related to government solar subsidies. Darshan Solar Enterprise is also an authorized distributor of Vikram Solar in North Bengal & Sikkim.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telemarketing Executive to join our sales team and help us connect with potential customers interested in solar energy solutions.

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate interest in solar energy solutions.
- Follow up with leads received through various sources, including online enquiries, referrals and marketing campaigns.
- Understand customers' electricity requirements and identify potential solar opportunities.
- Explain basic information about residential, commercial and industrial solar solutions.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, location and interest level.
- Schedule site visits or appointments for the sales/technical team.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth lead handover.




- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach during all interactions.

Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Graduation.
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telemarketing, telesales, lead generation or customer support.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and Bengali (Nepali, if possible); basic English communication is preferred.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Good persuasion, follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp and MS Office/Google Sheets.
- Candidates with prior experience in solar, electrical, telecom, banking, insurance, real estate or other sales industries will be preferred.
