Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide tele counselling services to students seeking admission into various courses offered by our institution.

- Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from prospective students, addressing their queries and concerns regarding course details, eligibility criteria, application procedures, etc.

- Offer personalized guidance on program selection based on student's academic background, interests, and career goals.

- Facilitate smooth admission process by providing timely updates on application status and follow-ups with relevant departments.

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-5 years of experience in Admission Counselling or related field (Tele Calling/Telesales).

- Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.).

- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word) for documentation purposes.
