Handle the outbound calls and incoming calls.
Follow up of students for applications and closing the lead till application is complete
- Must know how to work in google excel sheets and CRM or LMS.
- Provide Comprehensive counselling to students regarding courses, admissions requirements, entrance exam.
- Guide them on the course for them according to their profile and explain the benefit of the product and why it is best suited for them.
Mandatory:
