Role Description The Tele-Fundraiser is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for driving fundraising efforts through outbound and inbound calls. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential donors, explaining Café’s mission and impact, and securing financial contributions in line with campaign goals. The role involves maintaining accurate records of calls and pledges, following up with interested contacts, and adhering to scripts and compliance guidelines while personalizing conversations.





The Tele-Fundraiser will collaborate with the fundraising and marketing teams to refine messaging, report on progress, and contribute to strategy improvements. This position requires consistent on-site presence in Jaipur and a commitment to meeting individual and team fundraising targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage donors effectively and build trust.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service abilities to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide a positive caller experience.
- Candidates should possess basic to intermediate Computer Literacy to manage call logs, donor databases, and reporting tools.
- Candidates should possess Fundraising-related skills, including persuasive outreach, relationship-building, and goal-oriented donor engagement.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include fluency in English and local languages, prior experience in telecalling or sales, and familiarity with CRM or call center software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment, maintain professionalism during high call volumes, and follow ethical fundraising practices is preferred.
