Job Responsibilities
- Handle outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
- Counsel customers and understand their requirements.
- Follow up with leads through calls and convert them into potential customers.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.
- Communicate professionally with customers in Hindi and English.
- Coordinate with the sales team for further lead conversion.
Eligibility
- Education: Graduate preferred; Undergraduates with 12th pass and result in hand can also apply.
- Experience: 6 months to 8 years in Tele Calling, Tele Sales, Lead Generation, or similar roles.
- Positive communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Prior experience in Outbound Tele Calling / Tele Sales / Lead Generation is preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
