Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective patients and generate appointments.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Explain clinic treatments, services, offers, and appointment details to prospective patients.
- Respond to patient inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and nurture them towards conversion.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the front desk and clinical team.
- Update patient and lead details accurately.
- Maintain daily call records, follow-up status, and lead conversion reports.




- Handle patient queries professionally and ensure a positive communication experience.

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or healthcare is preferred.
- Confident and professional telephone communication skills.
- Solid persuasion, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
