Vision India Insurance is looking for motivated, confident, and enthusiastic Telecalling Executives to join our team in Coimbatore.

As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for contacting prospective candidates from our provided lead database, explaining career opportunities as an Insurance Advisor, answering candidate queries, conducting regular follow-ups, and supporting the recruitment and onboarding process.

This role is suitable for candidates with good communication and interpersonal skills who are interested in telecalling, recruitment, and sales-oriented activities.

Important: This is a full-time, office-based position. Work From Home is not available.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective candidates using the provided lead database.
- Explain the role, responsibilities, advantages, earning opportunities, and career growth available as an Insurance Advisor.
- Understand candidate requirements and provide relevant information.
- Answer candidate questions and handle objections professionally.
- Follow up with interested candidates through calls and WhatsApp when required.
- Maintain regular communication with potential candidates until joining.
- Convert interested prospects into successful Insurance Advisor recruits.
- Guide candidates through the documentation and joining process.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and candidate status.
- Update recruitment-related information and lead status regularly.




- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team for smooth candidate onboarding.
- Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Eligibility & Skills

- Education: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Any Degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic English communication will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to communicate confidently with prospective candidates.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Candidates with experience in Telecalling, BPO, Sales, Customer Service, Recruitment, or Lead Generation will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Work Location: In person, Coimbatore

Work Mode: Full-time, Office-based

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
