Aum Global Solutions is seeking a motivated Tele Caller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outgoing calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales leads and schedule appointments.

The Tele

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate new business opportunities

- Follow up with leads from marketing campaigns to schedule appointments for the sales team
- Conduct market research to identify new potential clients and industries to target
- Maintain a database of call records, leads, and appointments for reporting purposes




- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective calling scripts and strategies
- Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with prospects to increase conversion rates
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls made, appointments scheduled, and new business generated
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competition to improve calling techniques and results
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance communication and sales skills
- Work closely with senior management to implement new strategies and tactics to improve calling performance and results.
