Academic Telecaller / Admission Counsellor

Job Responsibilities

- Call and follow up with student leads generated through ads, social media, and enquiries.
- Explain course details, fees, duration, certifications, and career opportunities.
- Counsel students and parents regarding admissions and training programs.
- Convert enquiries into successful admissions.
- Maintain daily call records and lead status updates.
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing team.
- Handle WhatsApp and phone communication professionally.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.

Requirements
- Valuable communication skills in Tamil & English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in telecalling, counselling, or sales is preferred.




- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
