We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with prospective and existing customers, understanding their requirements, providing relevant information about our services, and supporting the business development team in generating leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

- Introduce and explain the company’s products and services clearly.

- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.

- Generate and follow up on leads through phone calls.

- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.

- Follow up with interested customers and coordinate with the concerned team.

- Handle customer queries professionally and politely.

- Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.





- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Fluency in English and Malayalam.

- Hindi or other languages will be an added advantage.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Confident and comfortable speaking over the phone.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales will be an advantage.
