Roles &

Responsibilities

- Generate leads/bookings for various projects from the Leads provided
- Attending clients on site, Presenting the Project Specifications and addressing their queries.
- Interact with clients to determine their property requirements
- Maintain potential customer data bank and keep in touch with the customers periodically
- Maintain good relationship with customer
- Showing commercial properties and demonstrate the features and perks of available homes & Preferably with experience in retail sales sector

Skills required





- Good communication and sales capability with steep learning curve
- Good persuasion skills, target orientation and tactfulness
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
