Role Description The Tele caller role at MASOLVZ is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune. In this role, the team member will make outbound and receive inbound calls to introduce MASOLVZ services, qualify leads, and support business development activities. Daily tasks include explaining service offerings clearly, addressing basic customer queries, and capturing accurate information in internal systems or CRM tools.

The Tele caller will coordinate with sales and marketing teams, schedule follow-up calls or meetings,



and share call feedback to refine outreach strategies. The role also involves meeting call and conversion targets, maintaining professional communication standards, and contributing to a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong verbal communication, active listening, and clear articulation skills suitable for high-volume calling.
- Candidates should possess basic sales and customer service skills, including lead qualification, objection handling, and relationship building.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in using phones, CRM or calling software, and maintaining organized call records and reports.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with ecommerce and digital marketing concepts to explain MASOLVZ services confidently.
- Candidates should possess good command of English and relevant regional languages, along with professional telephone etiquette.
- Relevant qualifications such as a high school diploma or bachelor’s degree and prior experience in tele calling, BPO, or inside sales are beneficial.
- Candidates should possess a target-driven mindset, resilience, and the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
