Role Description The Tele Caller at Instayards is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. The role involves making outbound and handling inbound calls to prospective and existing clients, introducing Instayards’ services, and understanding their requirements for residential or commercial properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining call records, updating lead information in the system/google sheets, following up on inquiries, and coordinating with the sales team for property visits or further discussions.

The Tele

Caller will handle basic queries, provide accurate information,



and ensure a professional and courteous experience for all callers. This role also requires meeting daily and weekly call and conversion targets while adhering to company communication standards.

This is a full time on site role based in Gurgaon.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication skills and a clear, confident telephone manner.
- Ability to build rapport quickly, handle objections, and maintain a customer-centric approach.
- Basic computer proficiency, including using CRM tools or spreadsheets to manage leads and call logs.
- Time management and organizational skills to handle high call volumes and follow-up schedules.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or inside sales, preferably in real estate or related sectors.
- Comfort working in an in office, target-driven environment and collaborating with sales and operations teams.
- Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are a plus.
