Job Summary.

We are looking for a confident, empathetic, and enthusiastic Tele-caller who can communicate effectively with prospective participants, explain our meditation programs, schedule appointments, and support participant enrolment.

- The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in wellness and helping people. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective participants from the provided database.  Handle inbound inquiries regarding meditation programs, retreats, workshops.
- Explain the benefits, schedules, of Sunya Meditation Studio programs.
- Follow up with interested individuals through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
- Convert inquiries into registrations through consistent follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and participant information in CRM or Excel.
- Schedule appointments, introductory sessions, and counselling calls.




- Build positive relationships with participants and address their queries professionally.
- Coordinate with the operations team regarding registrations and event schedules.
- Collect participant feedback after programs and maintain follow-up communication.
- Achieve monthly lead conversion and participant enrolment targets. Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Pleasant and convincing telephone etiquette.  Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and handle objections politely.  Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred). Experience
- Fresher, 6 Months To 3 years of experience in Tele-calling, customer support, sales, counselling, or customer relationship management.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, education, or service industries will be an added advantage.
