We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team in Mohali. The candidate will be responsible for making calls to potential and existing customers, understanding their requirements, providing relevant information, and maintaining valuable customer relationships.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Provide accurate information to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and address their queries.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer information.
- Achieve assigned calling and performance targets.
- Coordinate with the sales/team members when required.
- Handle customer queries professionally and politely.

Requirements




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous telecalling/customer support experience will be an added advantage.

Walk-in interviews are currently ongoing. Interview Timing: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM

Job Location: Mohali, Punjab
