Job Role:
We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team on a Work From Home basis. The candidate will be responsible for making calls, handling customer queries, explaining products, and following up with customers.
Requirements:
- Positive communication skills
- Confident and polite speaking ability
- Basic smartphone/computer knowledge
- Customer-handling skills
- Freshers can apply
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers/leads
- Handle customer queries
- Share basic product information
- Follow up with customers
- Maintain customer/call details
