Required females with fluency in English for Full time in Kalyani Nagar.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls
- Respond to WhatsApp enquiries, leads and appointment requests
- Confirm appointments and coordinate with clients regarding their visit.
- Explain clinic services, procedures and ongoing offers in a clear, understandable, polite and confident manner.
- Follow up with leads and enquiries to convert them into consultations/appointments.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
- Reconnect with previous clients for follow-ups.
- Pleasant, confident and qualified telephone manner.
- Good follow-up skills and a result-oriented approach.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, hospitality, healthcare, aesthetics or wellness would be an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
