Salary

- Fresher: ₹12,000 per month
- Experienced: Up to ₹18,000 per month

Salary will be based on relevant experience and skills.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Telecaller to handle customer enquiries, service requests and follow-ups for water purifier products and services.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Handle customer enquiries related to water purifier products and services.
- Follow up with customers regarding service requirements.
- Schedule technician visits and service appointments.
- Coordinate with the service technician team.
- Maintain customer information and call records.




- Follow up on pending enquiries and service requests.
- Provide basic information about products and services.
- Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.

Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Any Degree.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service or sales is an advantage.
- Good Tamil communication skills.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good customer-handling and communication skills.
- Willingness to work from Alangulam.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
