Telecaller – Study Abroad

Location: Aluva, Kerala

Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller – Study Abroad to join our team in Aluva.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and leads.
- Understand students’ study-abroad requirements and provide basic information.
- Explain courses, destinations and admission processes.
- Follow up with students and parents through calls and messages.
- Generate counselling appointments for education consultants.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.

Requirements:

- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Malayalam proficiency preferred.
- Confident and persuasive communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM.
- Telecalling, sales, academic counselling or study-abroad experience is an advantage.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
