Position: Real Estate Telecaller

Location: Vapi, Gujarat

Salary: ₹18,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
- Understand customer requirements and explain property/project details.
- Convince customers and generate site-visit appointments.
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and follow-ups.
- Maintain customer details, call records and follow-up status.
- Achieve daily/monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
- Build good relationships with prospective customers.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales or real estate preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi and Gujarati required; basic English preferred.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
- Positive follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred. Job Type: Full-time, On-sit

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
