We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team.

Responsibilities

Make calls to potential customers/candidates and communicate professionally.

Explain company services and provide accurate information.

Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.

Handle incoming calls and respond to queries.

Maintain basic records of calls and follow-ups.

Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.

Requirements

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Good communication skills in Bengali and Hindi.

Basic English communication is an advantage.

Basic computer knowledge.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.

Salary: ₹7,000 – ₹10,000 per month.

Job Type: Full time, Permanent.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
