Key Responsibilities

- Manage hotel reservations through the company’s OTA (Online Travel Agency) platform.
- Coordinate with hotel staff and guests to confirm bookings, modifications, or cancellations.
- Resolve booking-related issues promptly and maintain high service standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date booking records in the system.
- Assist in onboarding and training hotel partners on our reservation system.
- Provide technical and operational support for OTA and channel manager integrations.
- Identify and implement opportunities for cross-selling services and upgrades to enhance revenue.

Requirements
- Freshers & Experience with relevant skills and training are welcome to apply.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems (PMS), booking engines,



or channel managers is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric approach with a problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team-oriented team.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
- Revenue target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving monthly individual and team KPIs.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹31,355.72 per month
