We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team in Kodungallur. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, following up with enquiries, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate business enquiries.
- Follow up with existing leads and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about our products/services.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales team and ensure timely follow-up on qualified leads.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.




- Handle customer queries professionally and maintain good customer relationships.

Requirements
- Good communication skills in English.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work with targets and follow-ups.
- Freshers can apply for the Junior Telecaller position.
- 2+ years of experience preferred for the Senior Telecaller position.
