- Making outbound calls to promote services.

- Handling inbound calls to assist customers with inquiries.

- Generating sales leads and following up with prospects.

- Resolving customer complaints and providing solutions.

- Maintaining accurate call records and updating them at the same time

- Working closely with the sales or support team to improve customer experience.

- Ensuring compliance with telecalling scripts and company policies.

- Staying updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

- Handling rejections positively and maintaining professionalism in all interactions.

- Meeting daily/weekly call targets and achieving sales or engagement goals.

- A telecaller should have excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle objections effectively. Candidate should aim to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

- Language: English, Marathi & Hindi. (optional- Telugu)

- Experience: 1.5 - 8 years (tele caller)

- Age limit: 20 - 38 years
