Esha Wings is seeking a driven and motivated Tele Caller to join our team.

The Tele

Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products and services, scheduling appointments, and following up on leads. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be persuasive and proactive, and have a positive attitude. This role requires the ability to work independently, meet call quotas, and provide excellent customer service. Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred. - Conducting outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services

- Engaging with customers in a qualified and friendly manner to generate leads and sales
- Following up with leads via telephone or email to close deals
- Providing information about products, services, and promotions to customers




- Maintaining accurate records of all interactions and transactions
- Meeting daily and weekly call quotas to contribute to company growth
- Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Staying updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
