Tele caller cum Front Office Executive

We are looking for a Telecaller & Front office Executive manages incoming visitors and handles phone calls to support a company's sales and customer service goals.

Job Summary The role acts as the first point of contact for the company, both in person at the reception desk and over the phone. The person maintains a tidy front office, greets guests, and drives lead generation or customer follow-ups through active telecalling.

Key Responsibilities

- Front Office Management: Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly. Direct them to the correct department or person. Keep the reception area clean and organized. Manage incoming and outgoing mail or courier packages.
- Call Handling: Answer incoming phone calls, provide general information, and transfer calls. Take clear messages when necessary.
- Telecalling & Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases or digital leads. Explain products, services,



or project details clearly. Schedule appointments for sales teams or counselors.
- Data Management: Record call notes, outcomes, and visitor logs accurately into the CRM software or company database. Follow up with pending client inquiries.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Minimum 12th pass (Higher Secondary) or a Bachelor’s degree.
- Communication Skills: Explicit verbal and written communication in English and local languages (such as Hindi or Telugu). Polite and confident telephone etiquette.
- Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and email handling.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in a front desk, telecalling, or customer service role

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
