Role Overview We are looking for a Technology Delivery Lead to own the end-to-end delivery of technology outcomes across the full product and project lifecycle. The role will involve leading cross-functional teams, managing dependencies, risks, and delivery plans, ensuring governance compliance, overseeing financials, and engaging with stakeholders across product, technology, and business functions.

The Technology Delivery

Lead will work across Agile, Product Management, and traditional project delivery practices to ensure technology deliverables are planned, governed, and delivered in a safe, predictable, and value-focused manner.

Plan, coordinate, and control delivery activities across teams, suppliers, and business functions. Manage delivery dependencies, risks, issues, and critical paths. Create and maintain delivery plans, product roadmaps, resource forecasts, budgets, success criteria, and milestone tracking. Ensure clear roles and responsibilities across Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Architecture and Engineering teams, and business stakeholders within a matrix environment. Support and contribute to business case development in alignment with governance requirements and value delivery expectations. Manage financial forecasting and reporting, including benefits realisation and cost optimisation opportunities. Lead, motivate, and support project and product teams while promoting collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. Ensure alignment with IT governance, change frameworks, and Agile and Product Portfolio/Program processes. Identify opportunities to reduce cost, improve performance, and enhance customer outcomes throughout the delivery lifecycle. Manage internal teams, external vendors, and third parties,



ensuring obligations are met and value is delivered. Ensure delivery complies with agreed processes and standards and supports effective alignment between product, technology, and business stakeholders. Ensure change is effectively transitioned into operations. Proactively escalate risks, issues, and exceptions and ensure timely resolution through appropriate change control processes. Facilitate steering committees, Agile ceremonies, and delivery forums to maintain transparency and stakeholder alignment. Champion continuous improvement across IT Change and Product communities.

Experience Project &

• Product Delivery Strong project and product delivery skills within complex, matrix organisations. Proven experience delivering complex IT projects and/or product increments.

Strong expertise in: Delivery planning Dependency management Risk and issue management Delivery reporting Milestone tracking Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Experience working within both traditional and large-scale Agile frameworks. Agile &

- Product Management Deep understanding of the Agile mindset and scaled delivery models.

Experience collaborating with: Product Managers Product Owners Scrum Masters RTEs Agile Teams Experience building product roadmaps, identifying value streams, and prioritising product increments. Knowledge of Agile metrics, including: Velocity PI Predictability Flow Efficiency Lead Time Leadership &





- Stakeholder Management Strong leadership skills with experience motivating cross-functional teams.

Experience leading cross-functional and virtual teams within a matrix organisation. Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities. Ability to influence senior stakeholders and steering committees. Robust stakeholder engagement and alignment capabilities.

Experience managing vendors and third parties.

Management &

• Governance Experience managing budgets, financials, and forecasts. Competence in budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial reporting. Understanding of governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and organisational controls.

Experience supporting business case development and benefits realisation.
