We are a leading Offset Printing and Packaging company specializing in [Monocartons, Labels, etc.]. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented individual to join our marketing team.

Role: Techno-Commercial Marketing Executive - Offset Printing (Packaging Division)

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development for Offset Printing & Packaging jobs - Monocartons, Product Boxes, Labels, Brochures.
2. Approach and acquire recent Corporate Clients, Brands, and FMCG companies.
3. Understand client's technical requirements (paper, GSM, lamination, foiling, embossing, UV, spot UV) and provide the best techno-commercial solution.
4. Prepare quotations, costings, samples and presentations.
5. Excellent follow-up, negotiation and closing of deals.
6.



Maintain strong long-term relationships with corporate customers and ensure repeat orders.
7. Coordinate with design, production, and dispatch team for timely delivery.
8. Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Must have experience in Offset Printing / Packaging Sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation and convincing skills.
- Good command over English and Hindi (Regional language is a plus).
- Pleasing personality with strong corporate client handling ability.
- Should be a good speaker who can confidently present to senior management of corporate clients.
- Technically sound in printing and packaging materials.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and willing to travel for client meetings.
- Graduate in any stream (BBA/MBA in Marketing preferred).
