Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Writer Author and Illustrator based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The role involves creating, organizing, and maintaining clear, accurate technical documentation and manuals for products, systems, and processes. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with engineers and subject matter experts to gather information, authoring content that explains complex technical concepts, and illustrating diagrams or visuals to support understanding.

The individual will structure documentation for usability,



ensure adherence to industry and company standards, and regularly review and update materials to keep them current. The role may also involve coordinating documentation projects, managing version control, and contributing to continuous improvement of documentation practices and templates.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Technical Writing, Technical Documentation, and Technical Communication
- Experience creating Documentation and Manuals for technical products, systems, or processes
- Ability to develop clear illustrations, diagrams, and visual aids that support technical content
- Proficiency in documentation and publishing tools (e.g., MS Office, Adobe tools, XML/DITA or similar)
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work closely with engineering teams and subject matter experts, interpreting complex information for diverse audiences
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple documentation projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Communication, English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
