- Provide timely assistance and resolve queries related to our Products and App’s functionalities

- Learn and work on domains like e-commerce and digital marketing.

- Gain exposure to various advertising platforms like Google and Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, etc.

- Interact with e-commerce merchants to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.

Requirements:

- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Enthusiasm for learning e-commerce management and digital marketing.

- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

- A practical approach to problem-solving.

- Internet proficiency, including experience or knowledge of online shopping functionalities.
