Technical Support Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Technical Support Executive to join our IT operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our Linux server infrastructure, managing VoIP dialer systems, handling basic networking tasks, and managing data reporting via MS Excel. You will provide technical assistance, monitor system performance, and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure minimal downtime and smooth daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Linux System Administration & Support:
- Monitor and maintain Linux servers to ensure high availability and performance.
- Execute routine system maintenance, monitor disk space, RAM/CPU usage, and troubleshoot system bottlenecks.
- Manage user access, file permissions, and directory structures.
- VoIP & Dialer Management:
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Linux-based VoIP dialers (e.g., Vicidial, Asterisk, or similar PBX platforms).




- Manage agent call flows, campaigns, lead list uploads, and trunk configurations.
- Resolve voice quality, latency, call dropping, and connectivity issues.
- Networking & Hardware Support:
- Troubleshoot local area network (LAN/WAN), routers, switches, firewall, and VPN connectivity issues.
- Diagnose network latency, packet loss, and bandwidth utilization.
- Provide technical desktop/hardware support for employees.
- Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain daily call logs, system health reports, and operational metrics using MS Excel.
- Use Excel formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH), Data Validation, and Pivot Tables to process data and generate performance reports.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
