Responsibilities

- Support software implementation, integration, testing, deployment, and production activities.

- Develop Python scripts for automation, log analysis, and troubleshooting.

- Troubleshoot application, API, database, and Linux issues.

- Analyse logs to find root causes of failures.

- Use SQL for database checks and data validation.

- Troubleshoot REST APIs, HTTP errors, and integration issues.

- Work with Engineering, QA, Product, and Implementation teams.

- Support production deployments and post-deployment checks.

- Create scripts and tools to improve troubleshooting.

- Document issues, solutions, and root-cause analysis.

Requirements

- Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Linux/Unix.

- Experience with REST APIs and API troubleshooting.

- Experience in production/application troubleshooting.

- Robust problem-solving and debugging skills.
