About the Role

As a Technical Success Manager (TSM), you’ll be the trusted advisor for our enterprise customers across EMEA Region. You’ll combine technical know-how with a customer-first approach to ensure every workflow, integration, and new use case drives business impact.

What You Bring

● 8+ years in a techno-functional role (TSM, Solutions Consultant, Post-Sales Engineer, etc.). ● Comfort working with APIs, webhooks, and SaaS integrations. Enthusiasm with AI. ● Understanding of subscription and payment operations (chargebacks, declines, reconciliation) or ability and interest to be a self learner on these concepts.

● Strong communicator who can translate technical details for both developers and executives.

● A track record of enabling customer outcomes like adoption, retention, or expansion.
