We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial systems and extensive hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, specifically focusing on Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Account Reconciliation (ARCS), and Risk Management Cloud (RMC). As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and participating in all phases of the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation, testing, and post-implementation support. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective and efficient Oracle EPM solutions. **Key Responsibilities** + Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, with a primary focus on ARCS, FCCS, and RMC. + Conduct workshops and meetings with client stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. + Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. + Configure and customize Oracle EPM applications to meet client needs, including setting up consolidation rules, reconciliation formats, and risk control matrices. + Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and accuracy of the implemented solutions. + Create and deliver training materials to end-users and system administrators. **Recommended Qualifications:** + **10+ years of relevant experience as** **Senior Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) Functional Consultant** + **Must to have experience on** **Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, with a primary focus on ARCS, FCCS, and RMC.** + **Good to have** **Java full stack** **skills** + **Languages:** Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js, React), Python, or Go. + **Cloud Platforms:** Experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.
